You could easily install QT under MacOS X 10.7(Lion) using homebrew(which already has a fix for 4.7 incompatibility). To install homebrew, run:
/usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.github.com/gist/323731)"
Then install qt from source, using:
brew install qt --build-from-source
It should work.
